Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is based on your pin code and approximate weight and dimensions of the shipment. Delays in deliveries can occasionally occur. We currently do not offer the cash on delivery payment option.
Our partners deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
We currently ship to over 220+ countries across the globe. We use leading courier partners like DLH, FedEx and Aramex to ship our international orders.
In case we are unable to deliver to your pin code, we will inform you of the same via email and refund your order within 3 to 5 business days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Evolve India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Evolve India will be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received a damaged order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order ID and images of the damaged items. Please save all the packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim.
