Can I change my order?
You can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order status has changed to “packing”, “dispatched” or “shipped”, we cannot change your order. To make any changes to your order, please email us at enquiry@evolveindia.co

How long does it take to ship the order?
We generally ship all the orders within 10-14 business days. If we are facing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In that case, we will let you know about the same via email or telephone.

How can I track my current order and payment status?
You can track your recent orders and payment status using your order ID and account on the orders page on our website.

How do I cancel my order?
You can easily cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase through the My Orders page. If you are facing any trouble, you can also email us about the same within 24 hours at enquiry@evolveindia.co.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?
If you want to make any changes to an already placed order, please email to us about your required changes, your order ID and contact details at enquiry@evolveindia.co. Our team will look into the matter and get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the email.

How do I raise a complaint if I have not received my order?
In the rare case that you do not receive your order, please write to us at 
enquiry@evolveindia.co mentioning your order details. Our team will look into the matter and get back to you shortly. In this case, you will also receive a complaint docket number using which you can get in touch with us regarding any further issues.

How can I change my shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please email us at enquiry@evolveindia.co with your current and revised address, your contact details and your current order number. Our team will look into the matter and will revert back to you within the next 48 hours.

Will I be charged for my delivery?

No, all your orders have free shipping across India contingent upon whether or not the delivery partner ships to the given pin code.

What all locations do you ship to?
Our delivery partners deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Besides this, we also deliver to over 220+ countries across the globe. For delivering to places outside of India, we have currently teamed up with DLH, FedEx and Aramex. In case we are unable to deliver to your pin code, we will inform you via email and refund the paid amount within 3 to 5 business days.

How I place return or a refund request for my order?
All our products from our online store are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There are certain situations where partial or full refunds are granted (if applicable). Read our Returns and Refunds Policy for further details.

How do I return and request for refund for a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please email us about the same at enquiry@evolveindia.co with the images of the damaged goods within 72 hours of receiving the order. We will look into the matter and get back to you.

What is the eligibility for placing a return or refund request?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the address mentioned on our website, unless requested.

How do I ensure I have placed an order for the right size?
You can get the sizing details in the technical section of all our product pages. Using the details mentioned there you can know whether or not you are looking at the correct size.

Where are all the products manufactured?
All the home and surface decor products that you can see on our website are manufactured locally in our factory in Mumbai, India. We use international technologies to manufacture our finishes which are then supplied to you in the form of panels, home decor and material kits. The lifestyle products that you can see on our website are imported from international countries.
